Bodhnath

The equipment used includes two Nikon bodies (F80, F60), Nikon lenses (28-80, 35-80, 70-300 and 105 micro) and a Manfrotto 190 pro tripod. The photos are shot with Fuji Velvia 100 film and digitized using a Nikon Coolscan V film scanner (An exception are photos from trips before 2003, which were shot with a Minolta X700 body).

All our trips are individually organized. Everything but the flight is arranged on site and just-in-time. We mostly trek without guide an porters and have never regretted this decision. Traveling in this independent and spontaneous way introduces a special quality of freedom and adventure.

All photos displayed on this site are shot by Barbara Springinsfeld and Gernot Koller.
